Lewis J Cowan is the pen name of illustrator and book cover designer, Jon Stubbington.
His writing has been published online, in magazines, and in anthologies. It has also been performed on radio in Ireland and at spoken word events in both London and New York. He has chosen to start using a pen name to help keep his illustration work and his writing separate, and because Jon Stubbington has far too many letters to easily fit on a book cover.

Why an incomplete bibliography? Some stories were placed with publications or websites that no longer exist and, due to the inadequacies of my filing system, I no longer have a record of where or when they were published. And a few published stories were written for genres that aren’t a natural fit with where I am taking the Lewis J Cowan pen name – perhaps they will appear in the future under a different name.
